OUR FOUNDER

Kishora Vidya Bhavana started way back in 1972, is a dream and brainchild of late Sri.M.C.Anjaneya Reddy, Founder President under the aegis of Chintamani Educational Society.

late Sri M.C Anjaneya Reddy was also a MLA and MLC (3 time MLA and 2 time MLC) during the period 1952-1976

It is matter of pride that his love and dedication for the cause of education was incomparable. The people of Chintamani were blessed to get a government Polytechnic by his sincere efforts and even to this day, it is considered as one of the best polytechnics in Karnataka.

late Sri M.C Anjaneya Reddy was also instrumental in getting the first municipal first grade college in Chintamani which was first of its kind in entire Karnataka. Now this college has been taken over by the Government, bifurcated into Boy's and Girl's college. It has grown by leaps and bounds and by catering to the needs of 3500 students. All this is proof to establish his magnanimity and his love and dedication to the cause of education which could be achieved only after a great struggle and perseverance.
