LIBRARY

The library is the heart of an institution. The school and library are like the two sides of a coin. It is not only a treasure house of knowledge but also a temple of learning. It plays a pivotal role in supplementing information to all the lessons learnt in the class. It has a wonderful collection of books for all age groups and also equipped with a number of encyclopaedias and reference books.

The library is furnished with convenient and comfortable furniture. It is an open access library which is a very rare feature in schools. Children are allowed to read the books of their choice. The books cater to the various tastes and needs of both the student and teacher community.

Number of Newspapers both in English and Kannada are made available. The library subscribes for various { weekly, fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly } magazines. Books are added every year to keep abreast with knowledge that is growing by leaps and bounds.

The library has internet facility also. The library is kept open after school hours also for the convenience of students and teachers. It is kept open even during vacation, so that children can use their time worthily.
